Terms Of Service

Before you commissioning me please read my ToS this will help prevent misunderstanding. Ordering from me means that you accept the terms of service and conditions!YOU MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD IF YOU WANT TO ORDER FURSUIT OR PLUSHIE FROM ME!

Payment

1) I accept payment via Paypal & Revolut. From polish custommers I also accept blik/bank transfer.
2) You can pay upfront or when it's your time in queue (I add commission queue on my trello)
3) I accept payment plans so for example you can pay half when I start working on your commission and other half later.
4) I don't accept returns after payment!
5) I can refuce to make a drawing, fursuit part, prop, plushies ect. if customer is rude to me, moking me, made something bad or doesn't respond to my message more than 3 weeks.
> After refuse, I return amount equal to the part of the unfinished order!
4) I'm doing free changes on sketch stage, or lineart if it's not big changes.
5) After this i charge you 1€/4zł for change ( if it's my fault: i forgot about something you said before, mistakes coloring etc. changes are free)
6) The commission price can change depend on difficult design character.
7) I have right to use arts, plushies, prop, fursuits ect. for examples in my Pricelist.
8) The materials left after sewing stay with me unless you need them, then we can come to an agreement, but please let me know about it at the beginning!
9) I am able to make personal drawing and fursuits in between commissions!

Time

1) I start work on commission from moment I inform you (i always send sketch or fursuit wip) not from the moment the payment is recived.

2) Arts: I send wips of: sketch,lineart,colored lineart,color, and shading

3) Waiting for arts/stickers or sewing depend on place in queue, from few days,weeks to months.

4)Do not rush me too often if it's not necessary. Please remember I have own live too! Trips, Dealers Den's at conventions, right to rest, meet with friends etc.
